Global silicon technologies

GST provides silicon wafer reclaim and polishing services for 100 to 300 mm silicon wafers. Used test wafers and production rejects are stripped of any layers (if required), polished and cleaned for re-use by fabs, equipment manufacturers, universities and other parties using silicon wafers, e.g. MEMS producers. GST is also your partner for test wafers
